I appreciate your opinion but I’m running this list on a lot of sites – like 50+ and combined with WP-useronline I can see Google bot visiting my sites within seconds of posting new content – so I certainly have not been banned yet. Also check the original list at Vlad’s site – he has done a fair bit of testing and checking to make sure there are no overlaps with services.

The list is too big for me and chances r there that you end up pinging one site many times n getting banned b’coz multi pinger sites like pingomatic.com automatically ping many other sites in the list.
